Part 5 – Documenting your work

SHIFTCARE
We use Shiftcare for rostering, shift management, Payrol and progress notes. Make sure that the shifts you are doing are correctly entered into Shiftcare because you might not be paid correctly otherwise. Shiftcare is an app for Android and iOS and can be dowloaded from the App Store or Google Play. Progress notes are done on the Shiftcare app and a progress note has to be done for every shift you work. If you use the bank cards available at some of our properties to buy things, please take a picture of the TAX receipt, and upload this with description on the Shiftcare app. If you are unsure on how to use the app.

Shiftcare will send you one email with a link to set a password and set up your account. If you haven’t received that email within 24 hours of doing this induction, please contact Strength In Care and let us know. 

INCIDENT REPORTING AND OTHER DATA TRACKING TOOLS 
Incident reporting and other data gathering happens through Snapforms. These are forms that are easily filled out and can be accessed by link or QR codes. The QR codes are easily visible at the houses we have and you will be send all the relevant links you need for the individual clients you work with.
